Beau Kane Story

Beau Lane is a native Arizonan, a business leader, a strong conservative and pillar of our community.

Raised in the Encanto Park area of Phoenix, Beau has seen firsthand the growth and opportunity that has defined the last decades in Arizona. An optimist by nature, Beau was shaped by the limitless potential of the state he’s always called home.

Beau attended Central High School in Phoenix, where he headed up the Teenage Republican Club and, in 1980, was chosen as a page to the Republican National Convention where another optimist, Ronald Reagan was nominated.

A graduate of Denver University, Beau returned to Phoenix in the mid 1980s and immediately joined the family business, the advertising agency E.B. Lane. Beau prides himself on continuing the firm’s tradition of high business ethics, creativity, perseverance and unmatched integrity. In 1994, Beau purchased the firm from his father, and has successfully grown the business to now include a team of over 100 employees.

A leader with a heart for our community, Beau is running for Secretary of State to bring trust, honesty and transparency back into an electoral system that must continue to be the cornerstone of our democracy. Too many Arizonans have lost faith in our voting process, and that poses a true threat to our democracy. Instead of using partisan rhetoric to divide us and the position as a springboard to another office, Beau will put his decades of leadership and problem solving to work and restore faith in our electoral process.

Beau’s dedication to our community can be seen in the time and treasure he has donated to such charitable organizations as St Vincent De Paul, 100 Club, Ryan House and Fresh Start and Fighter Country Partnership. Beau is actively involved in community leadership through Greater Phoenix Leadership, Phoenix Community Alliance and YPO. In addition, he serves on the advisory boards for ASU Cronkite School and GCU Jerry Colangelo School of Business.

Beau and Donna, the love of his life and his wife of over 30 years, live in Phoenix. They have 3 adult sons, Chase, Reg and Cooper, along with a 15 year old daughter, Whitney, who they adopted from an orphanage in China.
